Alexis is an Embodied Sex and Intimacy Coach, based in Brooklyn, working with individuals and couples who are ready to deepen their connection to themselves, their bodies, and each other. This work—supporting people in finding more ease, truth, and pleasure in their intimate lives—isn’t just something she does. It’s the natural thread that has run through everything she has done for the past 30 years.

Before this chapter, She spent many years as a childbirth educator and postpartum doula, walking alongside women and couples as they navigated birth, identity shifts, and the sometimes messy, beautiful beginning of family life. She also worked as an interior designer, partnering with clients to build homes and create spaces that feel like sanctuary. In every chapter of her work, the heart of it has always been the same: helping people come home to themselves.

Now, as a certified Embodied Sex and Intimacy Coach, she offers that same kind of steady, compassionate support in a different—but equally essential—part of life. Sex. Desire. Connection. Boundaries. Repair. These things matter deeply, yet so many of us were never given the tools, language, or safety to explore them honestly.

She has been lucky to train with some of the most thoughtful minds in this field, including Dr. Scott Lyons, Kai Cheng Thom, Cyndi Darnell, Vanessa Bennet, Barbara Carrellas, Stan Tatkin, and most recently, Ian Kerner through the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy. But the real learning has come from sitting with people—clients, doulas, parents, lovers, friends—and holding space for their most vulnerable truths.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be fully human—messy, curious, tender, powerful—and explore what intimacy really means for you, this is a great place to begin.

“Your no makes the way for your yes. Boundaries create the container within which your yes is authentic. being able to say no makes yes a choice”

Testimonials:

“Working with Alexis over the past year has been a profoundly transformative journey. Her exceptional ability to listen deeply and reflect my thoughts back to me with clarity has allowed me to truly comprehend and connect with my own feelings.

The safe and nonjudgmental space she creates has been invaluable, especially as we navigated the deeply personal and often stigmatized topic of infidelity. Through her guidance and unwavering support, I have gained insight into the fractures within my marriage and uncovered years of self-abandonment and a lack of boundaries I had unknowingly maintained”.

"She has this incredible ability to hear what's unspoken but needs to be said and break it down in a way that ultimately leads to healing and real tangible steps that can be taken to move toward improvement. She really took the necessary time to listen and understand my situation and provided the safest space imaginable for me to both process my experiences but also see them through a new lens. She's incredibly insightful, compassionate, non-judgmental--- one of those rare people in life who just get it and know exactly what to do and how to set goals that are actually attainable".
